Bill was admitted to practice as a solicitor in Queensland in 1990 and has subsequently practiced in private practice and as in-house counsel.

LIANE BREEN

Lawyer and Director

A well known local face is now the new owner!

With over 27 years in the legal industry, Liane Breen rejoined the team in early 2026 after she made the decision in 2020 to obtain her law degree. She has since been admitted to the Supreme Court in Queensland as a lawyer.

Liane has an extensive background in property and conveyancing, and is now specialising in succession law including testamentary trusts, estate planning and estate administration. She can also assist you with some commercial matters.
